Modeling And Simulation Of Knowledge Transfer Between Knowledge Alliance Enterprises

With the development of world economic integration,enterprises gradually realize the important position of knowledge resources in the process of enhancing their core competitiveness.More and more enterprises use strategic alliances to share resources and cooperate with each other to enhance themselves competitively.The knowledge alliance has developed rapidly.However,due to the complexity of knowledge alliances and the diversity of knowledge transfer,there are still many problems that need to be solved in knowledge transfer within knowledge alliances.Although the number of knowledge alliances is increasing,the success stories have not risen in tandem according to the growth of the number of knowledge alliances.Scholars at home and abroad have already done more research on knowledge transfer,but the research and analysis of knowledge transfer in knowledge alliances still need to be supplemented.Therefore,knowledge transfer in knowledge alliance is a subject that still needs to be studied and discussed.Knowledge transfer activities in knowledge alliances have important research value.This paper also studies the problem through modeling and simulation methods,expands the research content of knowledge transfer within the knowledge alliance,and integrates the knowledge transfer process among knowledge alliances.The influencing factors are divided into internal influencing factors and external influencing factors,which laid the foundation for subsequent research.This paper combines the related theories of knowledge alliance,knowledge transfer and system dynamics to classify and summarize knowledge alliances and knowledge transfer.Using the professional knowledge,the author establishes a system dynamics model for the knowledge transfer process in the knowledge alliance,uses VENSIM PLE software for nodeling,simulation and analysis,and combines the actual case with specific data to analyze the sensitivity of the established model.Scientific verification determines the important influencing factors of knowledge transfer within the knowledge alliance and provides a theoretical basis for actual decision-naking.Based on the established model and model analysis results,the author combines with the professional knowledge,and puts forward his own opinions on how to improve the efficiency and quality of knowledge transfer within the knowledge alliance.
