Assessment On The Cost And Profit Of The R&D In The High-tech Industry Of China

Science and technology is the primary productive force, Nowadays, which is playing an increasingly important role in Chinese economic development. And Research and development activities are the core technology activities. High-tech industry is the career which change High-tech into practical productivity is playing a more and more important role in the world economy. Since the 1990s, the investment of international research and development (R&D) increases rapidly in size, and the same time, the life cycle of the products, technology is shortened. So it determines that the efficiency of R&D will become the core value of the enterprise's technology management too. And only depending on the high efficiency and quick R&D activities, we can develop and maintain the enterprise's core competencies and market competitiveness.First, based on the basic concepts of the high-tech industry's cost, effect and profit, efficiency, the article analyzes some supporting elements'influence and action to the high-tech industrial study and development such as work force, funds, management and intangible asset which included in the system of R&D. By that, an index system of the cost, the effect and profit of our country's high-tech industrial R&D has been constructed respectively. With the methods of Grey clustering and Analytic hierarchy process, the article has carried on the pointed analysis by unifying the basic situation and various professions special details of the high-tech industrial R&D of our country. And in this foundation, by using the methods of the system science, the article analyzes some factors from the systems dynamics aspect which has affected the efficiency of our country's high-tech industrial R&D, such as power factor, support factor and power mechanism. And then, it analyzes and forecasts the trend of our country's high-tech industrial R&D. Finally, by applying theory to reality, the article studies and discusses the present problems of our country's high-tech industrial R&D, and searching the methods and countermeasures which can advances the efficiency of our country's high-tech industrial R&D greatest degree, and creating good environment which can advantage our country's high-tech industrial R&D.
