With gradual consummation and maturity of the market economy reform, medium and small-sized enterprises are confronted with increasing heated competition, If enterprises want to be alive well in the marketing economy, it must face hot competition to raise its economic benefit. But good economic benefit is from employees who create enterprise's wealth. Therefore it is a key to manage employees in modern enterprises and how to evaluate and improve employees' performance is an issue for any enterprises to solve urgently.This paper analyses the current problems of Hefei Intaca Company about the performance management basing on the correlation theory of human resource management and combining the company's development strategy. Then the performance management system for Hefei Intaca Company is designed and relative training and tutoring as well as inspiring with some measures during running this system have been researched.The conclusion is an operable tool for the performance management of Hefei Intaca Company and to improve the company's performance and to make the company have sustainable development.
