The competition,in the final analysis is the competition of talents.Of fierce competition among enterprises in telecommunications industry,will inevitably lead to the communications industry for talent competition is increasingly fierce.Mobile company in Hefei,the capital of Anhui Province,as a communications company,also encountered many problems in the employment process.The control problem of the brain drain in recent years has been important to human resource management issues.Hefei mobile human resources management has already recognized that some turnover helps to keep the enterprise alive,can eliminate part of low performers,and also helps other workers to remain competitive,improve the spirit of innovation.But in recent years the brain drain problem has not been effectively controlled,excessive turnover,but many uncontrollable factors of human resources management to the company.For example,existing incentives fail to achieve the desired effect,training resources and waste,employee satisfaction decreased,or poor corporate culture.So,companies have been hoping that the turnover ratio controlled within reasonable limits,so that is conducive to human resources management within the company,so that enterprises in the fierce market competition conducive to the position.Based in Hefei and moving the management of human resources,key to the 2014-2016 staff future survey and analysis,and communicate with the human resources department who,in their practical work experience as the Foundation summarizes major factors affecting the brain drain of moving company in Hefei,and due to the proposed human resources management strategy."Maslow's hierarchy of needs","Herzberg two factor theory",under the guidance of perfect hiring system and employing,training,career planning,optimal incentive mechanism,corporate culture promotion,leaving management of the analysis of brain drain.Drawing on domestic and foreign enterprises for talents,retention mechanism,strengthening the human resource management of mobile company in Hefei,truly attach importance to talents,talent,talents,training talents.In order to retain the enterprise wants to use people,provide a guarantee for moving sustainable development in Hefei.
