| Nowadays, technical innovation, as the original source of enterprises' sustainable economic development and the very guarantee of companies' permanent existence, has been increasingly regarded as one of the most important elements of enterprises' competitive advantages. Our country also takes the establishment of technical innovation system of enterprises as one of the tasks of National 11th Five-year Plan. Therefore, it is very theoretically and practically meaningful to evaluate enterprises' capability in technical innovation scientifically and reasonably, for knowing the development level of our country and promoting enterprises' sustainable innovation and outstanding.The paper evaluates enterprises' technical innovation dynamically from both vertical and horizontal aspects. First, based on profound comprehension of theories of enterprises' technical innovation and technical innovation evaluation, the concepts of enterprises' sustainable technical innovation and their technical innovation leadership are founded, the two concepts' connotations are analyzed and their measurements are proposed, and the evaluation index system of enterprises' sustainable and leading degree is founded in the view of inputs and outputs. We select DEA as the method of evaluation and make some necessary improvements, and then enterprises' sustainable and leading degree model is founded. At last we use the model having been founded to analyze technical innovation of nine automobile listed companies, and the results conform to the facts.Sustainable and leading evaluation is a new view of evaluation of enterprises in technical innovation. This paper deeply explores concepts and measurements of them, and acquires some achievements and excepted performance. |
