In the knowledge economy society, knowledge is becoming the most important element in the operation of modern enterprises. Knowledge workers are becoming the core part of the human resources in enterprises. Enterprises' survival and development more and more depend on the knowledge workers' capacity. Therefore, knowledge workers are the most important driving force to create the value. Just as Peter Drunker said, knowledge workers will be the key issue of the human resource and the biggest challenge in the 21St century. Therefore, it is the first thing for executives in the new economy era to manage and inspire knowledge workers, understand their requirements and motivate them effectively.Firstly we analyzed the characteristics of knowledge workers and high-tech enterprises, come to know the influencing factors of compensation design. Then commend the compensation design ideas of the knowledge workers of high-tech enterprises.
