Along with the development of knowledge economy, the high-tech enterprise hasdeveloped rapidly in China, occupying important position gradually in the nationaleconomy, and on a certain extent it influences the development of the whole nationaleconomy. The high-tech enterprise means a kind of burgeoning research-typed enterprise,which takes the technology and intelligence as its basic characters and its vitality comesfrom the continuous innovation of knowledge. Today is the times of knowledge economic,the creative, changeful and uncertain knowledge work becomes the major working form,and the management ability of knowledge becomes the crucial key of the enterprise'scompetitive ability, and the development of the enterprise will more depend on itspossession, creation and using of knowledge. In general, the high-tech enterprise of ourcountry is still in its beginning and is growing up gradually, so they all have strongdemand for knowledge workers. The high-tech enterprise has its special characters, whichdecide that its human resource -knowledge worker has the special way and form togrowing up. This put forward a research subject for us. That is, how to promoteknowledge worker's rapid growing and upgrade its productivity.In this context, the author chooses knowledge workers of the high-tech enterprise asthe research object, and finds out all kinds of factors around the growing of this group, andthen the author wants to produce a proper system of evaluation for Chinese high-techenterprise.Firstly, this thesis defines the key words, such as knowledge worker and its characters,its growing up system. The growing up of knowledge worker means several developingaspects, such as knowledge, experience, ability and personality, etc. The mainrepresentation is the enhancement of the knowledge capital and ability capital, which canmake the worker's self-worth advanced. The increase of knowledge capital comes fromknowledge's updating and accumulating, and the enhancement comes from the inspiringand promoting of the learning ability, innovation ability and thought ability. According tothe different subjects, this thesis divides the growing up of knowledge worker into twocategories, one is based on enterprise level and another is based on personal level.Secondly, this thesis construct a new system of evaluation of knowledge worker inthe high-tech enterprise, which is based on the resource from the expert interview,questionnaire and other printed records, etc. According to the factors around theknowledge workers themselves, the enterprise condition and the social context, thisevaluating system divide the factors which affect the growing up of knowledge workerinto three separate aspects, that is, the self-abilities to growing up, the enterprise' ability tooffer the platform, and the sustaining ability of social environment.Finally, this thesis produces an operable project to improve the growing up ofknowledge worker in the high-tech enterprise. This project includes the organizationprogramming, working designing, professional career programming, training,empowerment, humanistic management, and personal developing program.
