More and more attention has been paid to the environmental problem from the 1970s, and it has dissolved into every field of social economy. The logistics acticities must take into account their influence on environment, which has given birth to the subject of green logistics. The green logistics is a kind of logistics model which fuses the conception of environmental protection. It is a strategic weapon of long term benefits in order to decrease the consumption of resource and energy sources, and to alleviate the pollution, as well as to improve the competitive advantages. The industry of traditional metallurgy is a large energy consumption industry and has severely polluted the environment for long time. It is always going along with the way of improving the environment after development for the quantity, whose model is substantive mine to plentiful produce and to vast discharge. Therefore, developing the green logistics in the industry of metallurgy in order to alleviate the influence on environment,is the key to get victory in the furious supermarket competition.The dissertation is organized as follows:In the first chapter, we study the background and significance of the green logistics in metallurgic industry.The researching actuality of it in the metallurgic industry in domestic and foreign as well as Anhui Province is investigated simultaneously.In the second chapter, we set forth the origination, the conception, and the connotation of the green logistics. We also proundly analyze the reasons that enterprises ought to take the green logistics as their logistics model such that they can get victory in the furiously supermarket competition. We summarize the present state of metallurgic enterprises in domestic and foreign, especially of the Anhui province, either. We put forward the technological methods to develop green logistics, including green transportation, green warehouse, green packaging, green loading and unloading, as well as green portage etc.In the third chapter, we analyze the developing pattern of green logistics which adapts to the industry of metallurgy, including circular logistics and reverse logistics. The circular logistics is firstly analyzed. The modern economic developing pattern is pursuing continuable and recyclable developing model, which leads to the circular logistics being the tendency of logistics under the circular economy. The circular logistics mainly abides by the principals of reduced quantities, reuse, recycle, and recover. The reverse logistics in metallurgic industry and the significance of it are discussed in succession. The problems existing in green logistics of metallurgic industry of Anhui province are discovered finally, and some suggestions are brought forward.In the fourth chapter, we primarily build up the benefit models of green logistics. We establish the mathematical modellings for the metallurgic industry from the following three different aspects: reverse logistics of the metallegric industry, green transportation and green warehouse. The optimal schemes about order, stock and transportation are discovered according to studying the models with mathematical tool, which results in minimal cost and minimal pollution to environment.In the fifth chapter we evaluate the benefit models. We establish index system to value the green logistics models firstly, whereafter we make use of Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze them. Therefore, the relative importance of each index is presented.We sum up the whole contents about the dissertation in the end. Furthermore, we forecast the prospect of green logistics in the industry of metallurgy.
