With the global resource scarcity pressures gradually increased, people's environmental awareness is increasing use of national resources become more perfect legal constraints, especially in recent years, the implementation of environmental accounting, so that reverse logistics has become common concern between academia and the business community The focus, we look forward to digging into this piece of "Dark Continent" and "third profit source." Into the 21st century, China's economy has seen rapid development, but the current development of China's economy is based on high resource consumption and environmental pollution as the price. With the rapid economic development and product life cycles continue to shorten, as a consumer and producing countries, China's environmental problems have been widely aroused our government and the world a number of other national concerns. China's resource utilization is very low, with many renewable resources, recycling has not been very good, then how to obtain the economic and environmental benefits balance between resources and environment to establish a social consumption system at low load and take the recycling economy, has become China's economic growth in the current situation of the inevitable choice.Reverse Logistics primarily looking at how to achieve cost-effective recycling of products, its aim is to try to obtain the value of recycled products, or dispose of it correctly. Implementation of the reverse logistics with resource conservation, environmental protection, strengthen the competitive advantage and increase their economic benefits of multi-function, it is undoubtedly solve the current global shortage of resources and environmental pollution is one effective means of the two problems. Therefore, reverse logistics have become an increasing concern about the academic and business community, and many well-known scholars and businesses have launched a study of reverse logistics. However, looking back at home and abroad of the status quo we can see:Although the reverse logistics network design in product recycling, remanufacturing production planning and scheduling, and inventory control has made a more fruitful research results, but the theoretical system of its own construction, product recovery prediction and optimization of hybrid systems in production planning research is still relatively weak, which severely hindered the smooth development of reverse logistics activities. In order to achieve sustainable economic development, reducing waste devastating impact on the environment, it is necessary for cost-benefit analysis of waste to find optimal ways and means to urge enterprises to establish a complete reverse logistics system, to promote environmental harmony and economic development.
