Hotel employee 's job satisfaction affect the quality of hotel's service, affect the degree of satisfaction to the customer thereby, so the hotel ought to make great efforts to improve employee 's job satisfaction , creates the satisfied customer with satisfied employee. There are a lot of problems in China's hotel Human Resource Management at present, for example, hotel employee's flow rate is partial too high, and so on. These problems are all relevant with hotel employee's job satisfaction. Therefore, under the situation of employee's quality remains to be improved in hotel at present, we ought to study employee's job satisfaction and solve these problems. The article analyze the factors influencing hotel employee 's job satisfaction, employ the satisfied employee to create the satisfied customer, resolve the actual problem in the management of hotel , create good environment for hotel employee.There are five parts in this article.Part I is an introduction part in which background knowledge, purpose and significance of the study together with the general frame of the paper have been discussed.The major objective of this study is to discuss the factors influencing hotel employee's job satisfaction, to discuss the degree of relevance between job satisfaction and these factors, and to discuss the influence to hotel employee's job satisfaction by census variables of hotel employee. At the same time, suggestions are proposed to improve hotel employee's job satisfaction. In terms of theory, the meaning of the study is : finding out the factors affecting hotel employee's job satisfaction, establishing a rationale for practice , In terms of practice, the meaning of the study is: reducing the rate of employee flow, communicating with the employee of hotel , promoting the loyalty of employee to the hotel.Part II is the literature review. It is mainly about definitions, theories of influencing factors. It summed up the document by looking up the journal and the electron data too.There are a lot of definitions about employee 's job satisfaction .The study adopt the key element type definition that the employee 's job satisfaction is composed of various key element, depending on cognition valuation and emotion reaction composing every aspect's to job. The theory elements of employee 's job satisfaction includes content type theory and process type theory , content type theory includes need arrangement of ideas theory , two factor theory , ERG theory , performance data theory; Process type theory includes the expecting theory , impartial theory , gap theory .The initial research to employee's job satisfaction is about the warning index looking on the person as achievement, the absence from duty , such behavior as leaving office, but recently research to studying these factors include census relevance factors, working influencing factors and other influencing factors. The research of hotel employee's job satisfaction appears less in the learned periodical. Synthetically home and abroad research current situation , the document having synthesized the other industries research to employee's job satisfaction, be tied in wedlock hotel industry characteristic and hotel employee and their characteristic working besides, the main body of this study is to summed up the satisfied factors that affecting the hotel employee's job satisfaction .work , reward , work environment , human relations , hotel are the main factors that influencing hotel employee's job satisfaction, and these factors are the base of this study.Part III is the research method. It includes the description of the object, studying the implement, analysis method, the questionnaires explanation, the definition of the variables.The main body of this study is a Ji Lin City rime guesthouse; the main body of the questionnaire is organized and provided by Ji Lin City rime guesthouse human resources headquarter. The questionnaire has related to the vestibule headquarter, human resources headquarter, financial affairs headquarter, administration handling, sells headquarter, the guest room as well as other branch. The design of the questionnaire has consulted JDI inquiring into the questionnaire and Yu Cong's questionnaire, the questionnaire has three parts. The investigation questionnaire reclaims a hereafter, degree analyses, effect degree analyses, describes nature analysis, relevance analysis. It uses SPSS13.0 to handle the data of the questionnaires.Part IV is data analysis, including factor analysis, frequency analysis, means analysis, correlation analysis and one way ANOVA analysis. Use factor analysis to analyze the validity of the questionnaire, finding that the questionnaire has good validity.Analyze the employee's job satisfaction of the employee by means analysis, discovering the mean of employee's job satisfaction is 3.739 .The means' order of every factor affecting the employee's job satisfaction is: work, pay, work environment, relationship and hotel. The result of relevance analysis that discovers the coefficient of correlation is: work,pay,work environment ,human relationship, hotel. Using one way ANOVA analysis find that: the employee's job satisfaction is diverse in sex, age and department, but the employee's job satisfaction is not diverse in educational background.Part V is the conclusion, including the summary and results of the study, study limitations, the suggestion about improve employee's job satisfaction. Firstly, results of the study are summed up. Then, the suggestions are given to improve the employee's job satisfaction, including: enhance the material benefits such as reward, welfare benefits working; pay attention to the occupation career; pay attention to the employee's job satisfaction; showing solicitude for the hotel employee plan.
