Based On The Tourist Influence Perceived Perspective Residents Of The Community Participated In The Study

Community participation is inner drive and important guarantee for realizing the sustainable development of tourism, it is not only promoting community economic and culture development but also inevitable bring a series of adverse effects to local environment.paying highly attention to community residents'perception about tourism impact, encouraging and sustaining community participation in tourism development and management is a positive effect most effective measures for upgrading tourism's negative impact and reducing positive impact. This paper taking yuntai mountain community residents as research object, discussing impact of perception,attitudes on tourism's development and participation behavior, providing the scientific basis for building harmonious relationship among tourism,community and residents, finally putting forward Community participation's model.this paper have studied Yuntaishan community's perception on tourism impact and conditions participated in tourism development, in the end proposed model of participat in tourism development, the main contents is as follows :The first chapter introduction. proposed research background of this paper, discussed research purpose,progress of home and abroad .The second chapter talked about connotation and theoretical basis of community participation in tourism development. introduced connotation,development level and phase,significance of community participation.The third chapter analysed situation of community participated in yuntai mountain tourism development. confirmed four village residents as the research object which is closely near to yuntai mountain, designed real-time situation questionnaires, further analyzed community participation in tourism planning's condition and passage.The fourth chapter reseached yuntai mountain scenic tourist influence on community residents.we Through investigation and questionnaire survey to study community's tourism perception .The fifth chapter we gave some Suggestions about community participation in tourism development .The sixth chapter conclusion. considered residents' perception situation, proposed the development model of community participation in tourism.Based on the concept of community participation, the article mainly based on sustainable development, social exchange and stakeholder theory as the guide, used analysis methods such as literature, questionnaire, statistics analysis, mainly analyzed XiuWuXian residents of yuntai mountain tourism development and the influence of tourism perception. Results showed : the questionnaire survey found yuntai of community participation in tourism development is still in its infancy, far away adapt to the needs of the yuntai tourism's development , the residents involved in tourism performance planning and development is very few, also the content and types are single. In addition, the government and tourism development departments rarely suggest the villagers' opinions, but local residents wish about participate in the development of tourism planning is intensely.
