On The Ecological Security And Ecological Engineering Of Land Consolidation

Now not only the percapita quantity of land is very small, but also the reserved land resource suitable for cultivation is insufficient in china which indicates that the contradiction between man and land is outstanding. With the progressing of society, the increasing of population, and the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, human beings are demanding for more and more land resource. So, how to coordinate the exploitation and utilization of land resource with the increasing population has become an urgent problem related to the survival and development of human beings. The ecology crisis is serious in our country. The study on ecological security that become a front topic on the sustainable use of cultivated land currently.Land consolidation is being noticed as one of the available keys to the sustainable utilization of land. However, in many regions, the main purpose of land consolidation is to increase the overall cultivated land area which neglects the eco-construction, and leads to some ecology problems. Land consolidation, a change of the current land use pattern, will definitely affect the stability of the land ecosystem. Taken up unsuitably, it will wreck the ecosystem, cut down the land production capacity, and affect the sustainable use of land. On the foundation of ecological security and ecological engineering, this paper has established the appraisal target system of cultivated land ecological security. Using the mathematical model and taking Chongyang as an example, this paper has made cultivated land ecological security appraisal. This paper includes five parts.Part one is preface, introduces the background to write the article and the significance of study, study process about the subject, and the content and characters of study. It includes the aim and the task.Part two is the theoretic base of the ecological engineering and ecological security and system of ecology safety assessment.Part three,applies the methods of ecological engineering planning and design to land consolidation project. And deals with the method an system of ecological security assessment in land consolidation project and design.Part four deals with the land consolidation project of Chongyang town ,Xianning city in Hubei province as reference. Makes a landscape planning and design for the project area by using the methods of ecological engineering. And analyze the ecological security of the consolidated project area.Part five through the evaluation, the environment quality is enhanced to a higher level from a lower one.
