It is proposed that the socialism new rural construction should be carried out as significant historic task.In particularly regarding the national minority race area, the continual piece of national level impoverished area's development and the new rural construction which rebuilds on a new site because of Three Gorges dam engineering construction, the question more complex, the foundation is weaker. How to understand the relations between this kind of town's development and the village's construction?
