Human resource is not only the main resource of an enterprise, but also the most creative factor of all that an enterprise has. In the last analysis, the competition between any two enterprises is the competition of brains. In recent years, with the drastic competition among different enterprises, the rate of demission goes up in an enterprise. So, how can retain the needful persons for an entrerprise? That's an urgent problem what should be solved as soon as possible. For instance, due to the institutional limitation on man-use and bringing up, more and more core staffs drain in Inner Mongolia LanTai Company Limited. Recently, the loyal degree of employee to LanTai falls down to the lowest level of Lantai history, which puzzles the administration of LanTai and gradually turns into the bottle-neck to restrict fast and healthy development.Now modern management theory considers employee loyalty degree is both. On one hand, an enterprise should provide the conditions of subsistence and development for employees; on the other hand, employees should utilize their brainpower and knowledge to service an enterprise as best as he can.In this passage, the author deeply discusses the factors influencing employee's loyalty from its connotation and extention, and syncretize the related theory about management and organizational behavior. On the basis of hereinbefore, the author designs one zetetic questionnaire about the employee's loyalty of LanTai and educe the main factors influencing the loyalty on the analysis of the investigation. With the actual analysis of LanTai, the author puts forward the countermeasure of improving on man-bring up and the employee's loyalty.
