In the early stage, Internet Company gained income only from online advertising. Nowadays, Internet Company not only focuses on user member but also the profit. In the beginning of 21 century, Chinese Internet Company had gained some profit from Wireless value-added and online game, and then most of Chinese specialized internet companies such as Baidu Inc, 51job Inc listing on the NASDAQ. Multi-leveled Internet Company had been formed in Chinese Internet market.The thesis in the first introduced the top four American internet companies (eBay Inc, Amazon Inc, Yahoo! Inc, Google Inc), the top five Chinese internet companies (NetEase Inc, Tencent Inc, Sanda Inc, Sina Inc, Sohu Inc), and Chinese specialized internet companies such as Baidu Inc, 51job Inc, etc. We showed these companies' the last five years' net income, business mode and profit mode. After compared Chinese internet companies with American internet companies, we found the different between Chinese and American internet companies and the profit mode that Chinese internet companies could taken in the future.Then the thesis studied in the Chinese internet companies' profit mode such as online Advertising, online search, wireless value-added, online game, instant messaging, B2B e-commerce, B2C e-commerce, C2C e-commerce. We analyzed the growth of each profit mode in the past few years and in the future, and point out the marketing strategies of Chinese internet companies.In the last, the thesis analyzed the market chance of Chinese Internet Company in the future; there would be four new profit modes in internet industry: 3G value-added, Web2.0, specialized B2C e-commerce and specialized B2B e-commerce.
