But the disadvantage is more prominent in the plant logistics area: logistics concept is backward ; unreasonable plant layout, result in crossover and circuitous logistics; Factories unreasonable structure of the organization, is not conducive to the reunification of logistics resources and deployment of logistics management; In transportation, there Network Construction unreasonable, inappropriate choice of mode of transport, the higher the rate of empty vehicles; the problem of storage is backward in management and technology, storage is very much.
