Human Resource, the 1st resource for the enterprise, is the vital competitiveness for the enterprise to obtain advantage over competition while performance management is the core of human resource management. Effective performance management is the key link on how to enhance the quality of human resource. Performance management is an important process of enabling management level to align people's activity and work output with target of organization. Establishing and improving performance management system and enable it to function are an important source of enhancing competitiveness of enterprise. Efficient performance management system can contribute to competitiveness of enterprise and enable enterprise to access advantage over competition.In view of importance of performance management and current status and existing concerns with enterprises management across the our country, the paper is to review the current status and analyze the existing concerns with performance management based on basic theory and relevant information on performance management and in conjunction with implementation of performance management on Tengfei Co. And then consider how to apply its theory to practice with performance management in Tengfei Co. In an attempt to design a practically efficient performance management system for Tengfei Co. and to test the guidance of the theory based on its actual implementation.
