When it came to the internal analysis of the company, the article's emphasis turned to the railway system's traditional relations, the logistic property, the organization and the human resources, and the information construction. Through the research, this article revealed the superiority and the inferiority to develop logistics. Then with regard to the main indexes which were carried out by the SWOT method, it used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to conduct the quantification and the crosswise comparison. As regards Wutie Corporation's fact, the article first studied four special kinds of logistics development patterns. And then it used fuzzy judgment law to analysis Wutie Logistics Corporation's development pattern. Feather more, based on the SWOT method and special development patterns, the writer gave some advise to Wutie Logistics Corporation on the following items, concentrating on railway road, conforming resources in existence, strengthening the information construction, deepening modernization operation and human resource management view, reforming the organization management system, developing corporation's core idea, and so on.
