The Research On Development Pattern Of High Technology Enterprise Clusters

Currently, the development level of the high technology industry has already become an important index that measures the comprehensive national power, economic competitiveness and science and technology strength in the country. The high technology industry is not only the predominance, key and backbone industry of developed country, but also a shortcut that can be provided as choice for developing country to vitalize its economy and surpass economy of the developed country. The core of developing high technology industry is that the enterprise is growing steadily. The development of the high technology industry has the characteristics of high investment, risk, and profit. But the pattern of clusters has been valued and adopted by more and higher new technique enterprises, because they are restricted by their own conditions. The aim is to make full use of advantage complementation to remedy the defect of "single soldier battle", thus, building up the capacity for enterprise development by expanding the actual strength of the whole clusters.Firstly, the background of the cluster development is analyzed as a starting point for the research and the theoretical basis related to the thesis is expounded including high technology theory, enterprise core competitiveness theory, and enterprise cluster theory, laying solid foundation for the research of the thesis. Through comparative research, the problem of the cluster development in high technology enterprise is systematically studied from analyzing the characteristics of the cluster development at present and the challenge that high technology enterprise faces at the new economy period.Secondly, the component factors are studied concerning the cluster development of high technology enterprise, and the condition, characteristic and performance shaped by development pattern are analyzed, thus constructing four kinds of research frame including beehive type, taper type, community type, and virtual type.The purpose and content of the cluster development pattern appraisal are elaborated in this thesis, its index system and DEA (Date Envelopment Analysis) comprehensive appraisal model are designed, and the cluster development pattern of the high technology enterprise is evaluated comprehensively and analyzed substantially based on the model to promote healthy development and raise the economic and social benefit of the enterprise clusters.Finally, based on the problems discovered in the process of substantial evidence research, from the measures adopted for such problems as the intelligent property protection, technique barrier, and anti-dumping that high technology enterprise clusters confront after access to WTO, the component factors, and the region differences of the development of high technology enterprise clusters, the counter plan and the suggestion promoting the high technology enterprise clusters development are put forward respectively.
