Research On Sustainable Development Index System Of High-tech Enterprise Clusters

High-tech is one of core competitiveness of modern enterprise. High-tech enterprise clusters provide superior environments for continued development of high-tech enterprises. There are many research studies to measure the development of high-tech enterprises. However, based on macroeconomic perspective and supported by theory of industrial cluster, theory of circular economy and theory of technological innovation diffusion, the design of index systems which measure high-tech enterprise cluster’s sustainable development is very rare. Survival of the fittest is the eternal law of market economy. Therefore, an important practical issue about sustainable development of high-tech enterprise cluster must be faced.From the perspective of macro-management, taking systemic theory as guide,this passage applys intergrated kowledge of economy, management, finance, statistics and computer. The various elements of sustainable development impacting high-tech enterprises cluster are analyzed, extraction and conversion.It constructs the evaluation index system of high-tech enterprise cluster’ sustainable development. The index system consists of three levels of thirty specific indicators.The index system highlights the central role of technological innovation capability of the enterprise capabilities and the supportive role of economic environment of environmental supporting capacities.Finally,it takes Changsha high-tech zone for example. The passage combines AHP and fuzzy evaluation to evaluate comprehensively high-tech enterprise cluster’s sustainable development.The results better verify the practical significance of the theoretical framework constructed in this paper. Key strategies are presented to promote the sustainable development of high-tech enterprise clusters. Business development capabilities impact decisively on high-tech enterprise cluster’s development. In the enterprise development capabilities, technological innovation capability is a top priority. In addition, we can draw the conclusion that the strength of its support economic environment, and the overall environment are not positively related to the strength of the supporting force. It provides references for the improvement of enterprise cluster in management mechanism, management efficiency to improve all shortcomings.So,government formulates appropriate industrial policy and create a fair competitive environment and economic environment to promote high-tech industrial cluster’s advancement.
