The Research On The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Scientific And Technological Enterprises

Now, the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises are the most active strength of our country's economy development, and they play very important roles in many areas such as adjustment of industrial structure, promotion of the quality of Chinese national economy and creating employment opportunity, and they are also very important parts of the development of our country's high technology industry. Nowadays, the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises of our country have been developed gradually and begin to take shape, but their survival rates are low and their growth roads are full of difficult. The key problem is that there is not any perfect and effective management mode to direct the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises, so, under the environment of world economic integration, the practical and unavoidable problem for every manager of these enterprises is how to avoid risk and how to choice the right way to make the enterprises survive and develop.In a professional manager's view, the research work in this paper is divided into two parts: survival and development. Based on the natural law of the fittest one survival, this paper try to find an effective way to ensure the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to survive and develop. As to the survival of these enterprises, their life circles are divided into four stages, and the governance patterns are presented by analyzing their basic characteristic, risk situation and social economic background of different stages; as to the development of these enterprises, by analyzing several key factors such as team construction, nucleus competition ability and management innovation, author describe his consideration and suggestions about how to develop for these enterprises. With the research work of this paper, a valuable "road book" is expected to afford to help the small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to succeed.This paper is composed of five parts. Chapter one introduces current situation, significance, and the basic thinking and method of researching on the small and medium-sized enterprises; starting with the conception, characteristic and developing situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises, several important problems are summarized in chapter two; the survival ways of these enterprises are described in chapter three; the developing roads are stated in chapter four; in chapter five, the feasibility and availability are verified by analyzing some successful experience of a representative enterprise.
