Research On The Cultural Innovation Of Enterprise Independent Innovation System

Independent innovation is a power of enterprise's development that not to exhausted in knowledge economic times. Enterprise's independent innovation is a complex systematic project, technical innovation,mechanism innovation,management innovation and cultural innovation all are important to independent innovation system. Enterprise in our country emphasizes technical innovation very much in independent innovation system, but cultural innovation lags greatly, which has affected the development of enterprise's independent innovation system seriously. Therefore, the research on cultural innovation of enterprise's independent innovation is very necessary.On the foundation of enterprise culture and independent innovation's theory, this paper studies and discusses the plan on cultural innovation of enterprise's independent innovation system.This paper introduces the basic theories of enterprise independent innovation system and cultural innovation at first, analyses the correlation of culture innovation and technical innovation mechanism innovation management innovation in enterprise independent innovation system, emphasizes that cultural innovation is imperative under the situation, proposes a view that cultural innovation not only is the spirit command of other innovation in the system, also is the spirit command of the entire system, cultural innovation decides the construction of enterprise independent innovation system success or failure. To prove this view, this paper selects various of enterprise as the research objects in ZhuZhou, through investigate and analyse the accomplishment and incoming of enterprise independent innovation system in ZhuZhou, point out the root of the enterprise independent innovation system hesitates to move forward in ZhuZhou——cultural innovation. Therefore, the construction of independent innovation system must be operated from a strategical advantageous position, began from the cultural innovation. At the end, this paper propose the basic solution of cultural innovation according to the independent innovation system, which lies in establishing innovative culture, to raise the ability of enterprise independent innovation, promotes enterprise independent innovation. The establishment of innovative culture can be figured from following aspects: The enterprise spirit of"innovation continuously",the enterprise's value of"lifelong learning",the enterprise's operative philosophy of"human-oriented",the cultural atmosphere that will be beneficial to innovation.
