In the future several years, with the gradually relax of the Chinese finance system control, the influence of Chinese MNCs in world will be similar to the American, European and Japan's MNCs. But at the present stage, it is the fact that we must construct the organizational structure to coordinate the internationalized strategy of company.The internationalized strategy of MNCs had decided the company'sinternationalized structure. The strategic mission is the key point of MNCs. In order tocarry on the transnational management effectively, the MNCs' unique competitiveability originates from the cultivation of the entire company network competitive ability,and this kind of ability finally originates from structures of branches and subnetwork.In order to develop MNCs efficiently, to ensure the realization of strategic goals,MNC must establish the organizational structure consistent with its strategic goals,continuously advancing its ability in organization management. With the speeding ofeconomic globalization and the development of enterprise internationalization,overseas MNCs made great changes on their strategic goals and organizationalstructures in 1990s, from traditional organizational structures ,to internal weborganizational structures and to external web organizational structures, which isvaluable to the MNCs in China.First, this article has analyzed the relevant relations of the company strategy and the organizational structure, pointing that the organizational structure and MNCs' strategy mutually affect. Then, based on the analysis of MNCs organizational structure development, this paper carries on the analysis to the tendency of the network, pointing that the strategy of competitive advantage has resulted in the organizational structure network, and the boundary illegibility has provide the foundation of the network. MNCs' knowledge flow further optimized the network. Furthermore, the article has analyzed two kind of main forms of MNCs, one is the network structure which takes the MNCs' country headquarters as the core, the other is the dispersible network structure. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, this paper specifically analyzed the concrete ways of the interior network and exterior network Finally, this article has analyzed the prospect and some problems of MNCs in China.We bring some thoughts on how to improve and develop organizational structure of MNCs in China. In our opinion, multinational company groups in China should be developed into network organizational structure in the future.
