The urbanization is the inevitable result of the economic development, also is the inevitable choice of way in which the Chinese economy and society develops. In recent years, with the quickening of the urbanization process of our country, lots of farmlands are transferred to other uses; thus there were a rapid increasing numbers of Land-expropriated Farmers. Moreover, for reasons of social system, the management mechanism and the other reasons, they are on the brink of poverty with no land, no jobs and no minimal security. Most land-expropriated farmers are living in the city edge, becoming new minority community that is a big hidden danger for our Society .Whether this question could be solved mainly depends on whether Land-expropriated farmers can obtain the work post smoothly. The employment will be the basic way to solve the problem of the Land-expropriated farmers' income and the social security in the future. Furthermore, the employment is the key to solve the related problem of land-expropriated farmers.Firstly, this paper analyzes the employment condition of the Land-expropriated farmers. At present the employment situation of Land-expropriated farmers is not optimistic: serious problems of farmers with neither lands nor jobs ; prominent structural unemployment; few employment channels; the situation of re-unemployed are very much difficult , the unstable employment; deficiency of employment, common hidden-unemployment phenomenon; meanwhile the employment situation has the obvious regional disparity, the Land-expropriated farmer's of different areas have a employment situation: eastern part and the coastal area is better than the mid-west area.According to the above situation, this article will study the employment difficulty about the Land-expropriated farmers in the aspects of the economic factors, the systematic factors and the factors of themselves: The promotion and optimization of economic structure , unreasonable industrial structure, slow development of tertiary industry, little attraction of rural enterprise and emerging industrial, low quality of urbanization, these are the main economic hinders on farmer's employment; unreasonable compensation for the land, lack of the social safeguard, unimpeded employment avenues between the city and the countryside, these are the important systematic factors of the Land-expropriated farmer's employment; the lack of specialty is also an big barrier of the Land-expropriated farmer's employment.Finally the article proposes the solution for the Land-expropriated farmer's employment question as below: solves the problem of the Land-expropriated farmer's employment by depending on economy development; reforming compensation system for the land, enhancing the Land-expropriated farmer's economic basis; perfecting the society's security system, solving the land-expropriated farmer's later living; Establishing the unification system of employment between the city and the agricultural country, creating employment environment for the Land-expropriated farmer; establishing the education and training organization, improving farmer's quality, strengthening their competitive ability; Adopting the nimble and diverse employment system, and positively increasing employment of the Land-expropriated fanner's by all means.
