Practice And Theory Of Rural Social Pension Insurance For Land-expropriated Farmers In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the trend of social development today. Along with urbanization advancement quickening, the number of land-expropriated farmers increase day by day. Land-expropriated farmers lack the basic old-age security. It has the important theoretically and practical significance that the system establishment of rural social pension insurance for land-expropriated farmers. Many countries, especially developed countries have established mature rural social pension insurance. On the basis of introducing three kinds of foreign rural social pension insurance modes, the article summaries experiences of rural social pension insurance in German, Japanese, Chile, Sweden, Singapore. Rich experience are important reference to our country. Combination the exploration practice in China, it has obtained several inspiration to China. Taking Liang Jiadun town, Zhangye ,Gansu Province as an example essentially, the article focuses on the present situation of Liang Jiadun town, analyzes the existing problems and restriction factors, proposes approaches to design rural social pension insurance mode for land-expropriated farmers of Liang Jiadun town, and proposes some suggestions further.
