Research On The Degree Of Job Satisfaction Of Employment By Others Land-expropriated Farmers

With the unceasing development of society and urbanization's process, the number of land-expropriated farmers is also growing day by day. Under this kind of situation, how to solve their employment problem becomes a focus of the society. The employment by others land-expropriated farmers is a special group of the whole. In the process of urbanization, this group lost their land and wasn't arranged by government. They do not have the ability to run business and only to find a new job by themselves. This group holds a great proportion of the whole land-expropriated farmers. The key element of the urbanization's construction successfully or not is whether do they succeed in finding jobs and the degree of job satisfaction is higher. Therefore, it has important significance for researching employment by others land-expropriated farmers'work status and the degree of job satisfaction.This research mainly uses literature analysis, questionnaires and statistical analysis's methods. Around with two key questions which are affecting factors of the degree of job satisfaction and land-expropriated farmers'degree of job satisfaction, launching the theoretical analysis, questionnaire's development and revision, data's statistical analysis and so on. This research's survey object is Anshan's three village's 300 people by stochastic selection, and collects a total of 268 valid questionnaires. On the basis of learning from the past, developing and revising the scale of affecting factors of the degree of job satisfaction and the scale of land-expropriated farmers'degree of job satisfaction. After sifting and pre-efficacy, affecting factors of the degree of job satisfaction scale generates education level, skill training, individual ability, the leading role of government and the level of economic development in five dimensions; the degree of job satisfaction consists of four dimensions that salary treatment, work itself, management system and training development.This article uses SPSS17.0 to test the questionnaire's reliability and validity. The research result shows the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Through the analysis of affecting factors of the degree of job satisfaction.and the influence of various factors to the degree of job satisfaction to put forward the suggestions and strategy for enhancing the degree of job satisfaction. The empirical results show that, education level, skill training, individual ability, the leading role of government and the level of economic development influence land-expropriated farmers' degree of job satisfaction more or less. On the base of empirical study results, this paper put forward the corresponding suggestions from the view of individual, government and enterprise in realizing employment by others land-expropriated farmers' job problem and how to enhance the degree of job satisfaction...
