The health food industry is one of the sunrise industries in 21st century which represents the economy development direction ,and develops rapidly in the worldwide scale including China .With the number of the health food enterprise increase more quickly ,the competition between them also become more and more fiercely, so it's necessary for the health food enterprises to research on marketing management of Chinese health food market faster.The thesis summarized the marketing theory in the worldwide and health food marketing theory in China firstly, then it introduced the fundamental states of health food and the history of Chinese health food industry. After that , the thesis analyzed the environment which our country health food locates thoroughly from the domestic and foreign health food situation , summarized many problems which exist in the health food developing process , and found out some solutions under the help of the marketing management knowledge ,and finally obtained a theoretical model to the health food industry development in our country .The thesis has applied many marketing research methods ,including "SWOT" analytic method, "STP" theory, the marketing combination "4P" theory, "7O" analytic method and so on, in this foundation the thesis has also proposed several new marketing pattern for health food including "the brand marketing", "the anatomy of buzz", "the advanced version conference marketing" and so on .In addition , the thesis has used the contrast proof method massively , between the domestic and foreign theory summary,domestic health food in different development time and key health food enterprises in our country ,it has also used the methods which unified the "macroscopic" and "microscopic" in the entire article ,including the "macroscopic","microscopic" environment , "macroscopic","microscopic" problems, "macroscopic","microscopic" solutions ,which make the thesis structure more compact ,and the entire paper is more systematic and persuasive.
