Credit Risk Management Of Export Enterprises Of Xinjing

Along with China's daily opening,the West big development and being the member of the World Trade Organization, Xinjiang export trade development is rapid and has reached to the certain scale. Comparing other provinces and cities, the characteristic of Xinjiang export trade is that the transaction form is diverse and the settlement way is not standard because of Xinjiang unique geographical position; it means that Xinjiang export enterprises face much credit risk than other provinces and cities'. In recent years, the Xinjiang export enterprises suffered credit risk, and lost seriously, which hindered the enterprises management activities in certain degree. When Xinjiang export enterprises competing in opening market environment, establishment a set of credit risk management is the key to survival and development which will enhance the ability of control of credit risk management and competitive strength.This paper has firstly summarized the relative theories and concepts of credit management, then analysed the actruals, existent problems and the causes of these problems of credit risk management about Xinjiang export enterprise by the way of questionnaire survey. Secondly, it has adopted methods of the combination of normal analysis and empirical analysis; used foreign theories and models of credit risk management for reference; combined the characteristic of Xinjiang export trade; proposed credit risk management measure and method, which is development enterprise credit risk management culture, improvement the ability of credit risk management person, establishment the system of credit risk management and strengthening credit risk process management to offer Xinjiang export enterprise a set of operable method, technique and management system for strengthening credit risk management.
