It could build the high definition economical development belt and avoid the destruction of the natural ecological environment as a result of the economical development diffusive layout that is advantageous to optimize and adjust the national economy. The "Pole-Axis system" model could create spatial agglomerative effect by the means of the effective combination of the region economical activities and the infrastructure that is benefit for the invest effect, management-organization level and quick growth of the region development.The thesis is divided into six parts altogether. The sixth part is the development assumption that is "one belt, two circles, three axises" on the basis of the "Pole-Axis system" model in the Lanzhou-Xining City-and-town Concentrated Area. The author thinks that the "circle" could promote the development of the pole and the "belt" could promote the prosperity for the axis by the agglomerative and diffusive effect.
