The Study Of Credit Evaluation Index System Of Industrial SMEs In Gansu Province

Market economy is based on developed credit system, credit is a foundation of the market economy. In our country's economic development, the credit construction of small and medium-sized enterprise is the key to the economic development. How to carry on science, objective, just credit to assess to it, it is a great difficult problem of credit system construction of SMEs, concerning the future sustainable development of SNEs. But different kinds of enterprises have different trade characteristics, we need to set up pointed index system while assessing enterprise's credit.The industry SMEs have special growth law and cash flow track in themselves, so the speciality should be embodied in their credit research and credit evaluation. Gansu, as the undeveloped province, its industrial SMEs have one's own particularity at the same time. The credit evaluation of the industry SMEs of Gansu Province is the research object in this paper, and the model and method of the credit evaluation of the industry SMEs are also discussed in this paper. When the credit evaluation model is suppllied, it can provide a scientific theory foundation to resolve the problem of difficult financing.At first, this paper introduces the research status and some conception and theroy at home and abroad. Based on a lot of experts and scholars' conclusion and shortage, the author constitute the credit evaluation rating index system of the industrial SMEs combining the characteristic of industrial SMEs of Gansu Province and developing status and applying the evaluation methods of analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to define each index weight number. And then we use the model to do experiment.At the end of this paper, we discuss the conclusions we have gotten, explaining some researching shortage and bringing forward some suggestions for further study.
