Research On Post-evaluation For Execution Of Regional Plan

Taking the execution of the 10th Five-year Plan of Hunan Province as an example,deep and systematic analysis and evaluation was conducted to investigate the execution of regional plan.First,background,present situation,fundmental researching method,as well as major content of this thesis were briefly introduced. According to analysis of materials and references,theoretical basis,principle,method and major content related to post-evaluation for execution of regional plan were then proposed. The thesis is concentrated on the positive study of post-evaluation for execution of the 10th Five-year Plan of Hunan Province.Thus,the post-evaluation of execution of regional plan was proposed combining economic development,social advances and key construction projects. Guiding by analysis of regional economy and social development situation, a comprehensive evaluation index system was finally established.By utilization of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was proposed.
