The Research About Reconstructing The Results Management System Of GG Company

Along with the globalization competition daily networking and resources outsourcingpopularizes day by day in many Chinese IT enterprises in particular in thetelecommunication company, The enterprise set a higher request to the results managementtheory and the tool. It means taking enterprise's internal results management as a foundationand finally enhances the whole competitiveness of enterprises. The telecommunicationenterprise has already felt it is an important stratagem to execute the results managementsystem in enterprise's management. It is same important weather the enterprise makes thecorrect strategic choice or execute the stratagem. The realization of strategic target depends oneach employee in the operating post of telecommunication enterprise.Basing on the study of results management of the company of GG, the article hasreconstructed a results management project for the GG company by regarding the principle ofthe excellent enterprises in both here and abroad, combining theoretical investigation withempirical research and combining qualitative examination with quantitative examination,analyzing and logical reasoning. The project emphasizes particularly on the difficulty andpivot of results management systems. They are target design, results tested, results analyzed,results applied. This article contains four chapter. Chapter One tells us some basic theoryabout results management system. Chapter Two shows us how to find the reason affecting theresults management system by analyzing the results management, SWOT, existence problemof the GG company. Chapter Three direct us reconstruct a results management project of theGG company basing on the circle of results management system and existence problem. It canraise the whole competitiveness of the GG company by enhance application of results.Chapter Four introduce the method of results management, how to adjust and control theresults management system, expectation effect.The project of reconstruct makes a point of the communication, results analysis and the application of the results, expect that can amalgamate long range objectives with short-rangegoal after the project was excuted, settle the question of ill defined, random and low levelprompting. So it can make a pivotal effect in the management of enterprise. The firstinnovation show us how to propose a set of systematic solutions and the operation pattern byThoroughly systematically studing the question which the achievements management in theprocess is easy to appear.
