Human Resource Management Information System(HRIS),as one of the most important systems in modern enterprises management,is developed by large quantities of large-sized enterprises.Because of its special features,it's not easy to make full use of manpower and materials in stated time with high efficiency and to fulfill the aim with high quality.This is mainly caused by inefficient process analysis and management towards the complicated system development.This thesis focuses on how to carry out process design and management effectively in human resource management information system by means of international advanced ideas and methods in management.Through project management thoeries on the development of human resource management information system,combined with Daoyi e-HR system reconstructing,this thesis analyses current problems in developing human resource management information system and it's based on the process analysis and management.This thesis is a practice case of project management to HRIS,its Methods and experiences of can act as a effective guide for enterprises as they develop human resource management information system.
