This paper studies on the rural identity planning is a sub-system of currentour country new village construction, which is a new village constructionessential mission. According to the new rural development situation, this paperproposed the rural identity planning, the whole works are as following:1, Analyzed the present situation of our country rural construction plan. Atpresent, the rural construction plan existence some question as follows: qualityirregular, the land waste seriously, the infrastructure construction lagged, thefarmer's idea lagged, lack plan technology and so on. The mainly reason is:the plan consciousness insufficiency, the deficient talented person, the deficientfund, the deficient public participate in, deficient persistent effect mechanismand so on.2, Proposed exploringly the condition that countryside individuality planneeds, combining the oversea's community individuality plan theory and thepractice, and inquired into its plan thought from the mature communityindividuality plan theory and the example. Analyzed the condition that the ruralidentity planning needs from the subjective and objective angle. It mainly included following several aspects: the countryside regional natural landscape,the historical culture, the life custom, the countryside plan and the constructionmainbody and so on, together constituted a series unique and distinguishableidentites.3, Take the Guangxi Province Tianlin County Zhenian village as theexample, discussed the method of countryside individuality plan, through thecountryside individuality plan constitution condition analysis, combining theparticipation type development plan theory. And in this foundation, carry on theZhenian village identity plan.4, Put forward to some beneficial countermeasure proposals to our countrynew village individuality plan design through the discussion and the analysis ofcountryside individuality plan theory and the practice.
