Study On Village Land Use Planning Based On Yidu Village In Lin'an

The report of 19th National Congress pointed out that issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and rural people are fundamental to China as they directly concern our country's stability and our people's wellbeing.Addressing these issues should have a central place on the work agenda of the Party.We must adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and establish and improve the system and policy system for the integration of urban and rural development in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The three rural issues are mainly land issues.Solving the land use and management with the result of increasing income for farmers,production for agriculture,change the undeveloped situation,the three rural issues will be fundamentally resolved.In order to better implement the strategy of rural vitalization,it is necessary to explore the village-level land use plan and implementation.In view of this,this paper takes the typical regional village-level land use planning research as the breakthrough point,takes Yidu Village in Lin 'an City as an example,takes the implementation status of Yidu Village land use planning in Lin 'an City as the starting point,evaluates the implementation status of Yidu Village land use planning in Lin 'an City in the light of the actual economic and social development of Lin 'an City,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation process of Yidu Village land use planning in Lin 'an City,and on this basis,puts forward measures for perfecting the implementation of land use planning in Lin 'an City.Through research.try to solve some new problems in the process of land planning,further understand the current situation and reform direction of village land planning,and provide reference for village land planning practice.The main contents of this paper include:(1)To carry out on-the-spot investigation on the implementation of land planning in Yidu Village of Lin 'an District,mainly from the following aspects:the land use situation in which the central village and village building in Yidu Village of Lin 'an District are set as the dominant,the implementation situation of land planning in which the central village and village building are set as the dominant.and the land use situation in which the central village and village building are set as the dominant.(2)Analyze the implementation of land use planning in Yidu Village of Lin 'an District,and make chance to investigate the stock utilization and revitalize the rural collective construction.and find out the problems in the implementation of land use planning which is set as the leading village in the central village of Yidu Village.(3)According to the evaluation results of land planning implementation in Yidu Village of Lin 'an City,an improvement plan for the implementation of the overall land use planning in Yidu Village is given.The overall idea is to take agricultural land,construction land and ecological land as the main body,and take social and economic development and coordinated development between man and nature as the goal,to further accelerate the pace of green urbanization and green market town construction,build a new countryside,improve the rural socialized service system and further promote the construction of beautiful countryside.On this basis,the land-use structure optimization model was constructed,and the land-use structure of Yidu Village was optimized.The specific planning improvement and renovation plan were given,and the specific planning improvement guarantee measures were put forward.(4)This paper discusses how to carry out the village land use planning in the background of Rural Revitalization.
