Research On G N-Bank Performance Evaluation System Based On BSC

Modern business bank could not lack of performance evalution system. It was the important loop of enterprises. Whether the strategy goal of the business bank could be consummated, it depended on do it well on performance evaluation. Through the development history of the business bank, it had always used many types performance evalution system. Since the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was found till today, It was widely used on lots of trades, included the inland and foreign bank. But, we should see, there were many trades brodied.There were four chapters in this thesis.The thesis found the basic theory of BSC, demonstrated fully the requisite, enough and feasibility in national businese bank. The writer sketched out the present performance evaluation system through G N -Bank province branch, point out the problem and shortage.Then, selected one division and one person from G N -Bank three category divisions, contrived BSC for them. Here, sketched out how to dispense and govern.The conclusion of this thesis is, contrived the performance evaluation system based on BSC is feasible. The BSC coupled with the bank is amplituded theory mesning and thingy meaning.
