| Along with deepening further of our country market economy, construction and the fixed assets investment on our country foundation constantly increases, and the construction competition of market is more and more stronger, the complicated level of construction project is also more and more higher. Under this kind of big trend, how to pledge the project investment energetically validity and successful becomes the impatient question. The key to solving these questions is depending on the control level and strength of construction project management work. Referring to our country tradition construction project management model, the owner side takes the project construction as the direction, and divides the construction project into the following three stages: Development Management(DM),Project Management on behalf of the Owner(OPM),Facility Management(FM ), and on the different stages the owner uses different management system. Owing to the different stages can not effectively link up between the interface, the interface between different stages is hard to effectively to manage and control and a large number of material and information that different stages were given rise to are hard to get in time delivers and links up, finally these weakness leads construction projects to deviate the planed goal or even failed completely. Based on this, effective integration in order to carry on active managements and control to the activity of item each stage, essential builds is carried on to the management of each stage in full life cycle of item in our country building market to adopting one kind of completely new project management model to give rise to the urgent requirement.This article analysed the meaning and the characteristic of integration management and construction project integration management. Afterwards, putting forward the integration of the organization system management to be the key of building the full life cycle of project integration management. By way of the inquiring the organization integrated management theory and the structure system, it pointes out the function that the integrated organization system should achieve and the keys of accomplishing these functions. On this foundation, we build a new kind of construction project integrated organization management system. In this new organization system, three stages of project were integrated firmly. In the difference stages this integration setup can guaranty organization nature inheriting and integrality, and also can implement the dynamical adjustment of organization and the smooth transition between different stages. According to these, it makes the participation main body of each stage can fully give play to the specialty superiority of oneself, and crosses mutually and assists mutually, and intervening passively by traditional model is accepted changing becomes positively participating in and initiatively serves, finally raised organization energy and efficiency, and realized all stages of the construction project life cycle integrated. On the stages of DM, the owner can pledge the definition and plans of project be accurately and objective; on the stages of OPM , can adjust timely according to the real trends of scene , makes whole process harmony and smoothly; on the stages of FM, can satisfy operation requirement completely, finally achieving the guaranty to build the objective that project investment effective as project are successful completely. |
