Research On The Organization Of Large-scale Integrated Project Management

There are a number of problems such as complex in organizational structure, poor skill in management in the mode of large scale project management, while traditional project management organizational structures have been difficult to meet the modern management requirement. Therefore, a new mode of integrated project management (IPM) could make a contribution to the key functions of the project including schedule management, cost management, quality management and safety management.The core of integrated project management is to establish the integrated project management team (IPMT). To analysis existing organization structure mode is a reference for IPMT. Identify the organizational structure in each department's responsibilities and the main work content and processes. In term of the fuzzy theory evaluate the match of the organization's communicative, management and order-performing efficiency, including ability of communication, usage of resources, adaptability, ability of organizing, match and ability of performing. Finally, through analyzing a case of integrated iso-cyanate project to draw a conclusion that IPMT is suitable for the mode of large scale project management.
