The Research For Farmer Cooperatives' Developing Mechanism In China

By researching the current condition of farmer cooperatives at home and overseas, this paper tries to analyze the problems and causes in our country's famer cooperatives, and then find mechanism available. So this paper mainly studies the three parts as follows: the current condition of China's farmer cooperatives, the mechanism of state-owned farms, the current condition of JA. And then inquires into their developing mechanism by game theory and institutional economics.Such conclusions can be drawn: farmer cooperative is the product of game between farmers, and it's one of the ways available to increase the farmers' benifits; it is an induced institutional innovation; its members, management system and organizational structure will affect the performance of it; the priority of farmers in it is relevant to the way of profits distribution; the circulation system plays an important role in its sale; the government can promote its development.Basing on above conclusions, we can put forward such advice: make laws and improve laws, and standardize the operation of farmer cooperatives according to laws; control the enrollment qualification strictly by the laws, and ensure that the farmer members can enjoy the relevant rights and obligations; return the profits mainly by patrons, and limit the stocks purchased by each member and the ratio on that the profits are distributed according to investment; improve the management system and organizational structure; improve the agricultural wholesale market deal mechanism, and build up the farmer member's status as the main body; accommodate to changes of the demand market, and make plans for production and sale in time; establish cooperatives-owned firms to work on processing, and expand the size of cooperative; the government should make policies relevant to the laws as soon as possible, instruct and support the farmer cooperatives to promote their development healthily and improve their service, such as agricultural financing, agricultural insurance mechanism and or so.
