Policy Analysis Of Our Citification Process

With the continuous development more than twenty years after the open and reform, the spreading of our citification process has improved a lot in advancing the development of social economy. The active effect of citification is unassailable. But during this process, the negative effects on social environment and zoological environment have also increase the voice of attack on citification. The great tension between population to resource and the high ratio of the rural population to country population have challenged the applicability of development pattern seriously. Some scholars believe that the basis of Chinese social and zoological environment is much weaker than that of Chinese industrialization and citification, so the high speed of citification should not be the goal of city development. While others argue that because of the serious lag of citification level we should speed up the development of citification as well as the ratio of citification in order to shorten the gap. Under this situation, we should be careful in choosing the policy of Chinese citification development and think carefully.This paper will mainly discuss the influence of policy on our citification process by combining the connotation of city and citification as well as the theory. By specific analysis of the influence and effect of different policies in different stages on our citification process, it analyzes the problem of our citification in order to think the policy element carefully and provide new idea for our present citification development.The first chapter firstly deals with the basic connotation of city and citification, then it analyzes the effect and feature of citification, which is the main theoretical foundation of the whole paper.The second chapter explores the effect of policy on our citification in every stage in order to uncover the profound influence of policy change on citification development. On the basis of this it will study what policy we should take during the present citification process.The third chapter will mainly analyze the problems which was brought about by both setting the quantity increase of our citification as development goal and extensive development pattern. Then it wants to provide a new idea for advancing our citification level.The last part of the paper will focus on the reflection of our citification policy and put forward the measures we should take in order to improve our city level.The above study is mainly based on theoretical study, data investigation and study, data inquiry as well as consultation of many experts. The specific method is not only listening to different opinions of many experts and professional researchers but collecting and clearing up relative information as well. All these are aiming to provide some reference of our citification development.
