Going with developing in the northeast of China, urbanization tide also swept across the China Northeast. Both withal Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun and Harbin for on northeast cities come into a new high-speed urbanize development phase. The four cities got the leading way on clearly northeast urban development by their superior zone bit sum abundant industry foundation, which evolve as region socioeconomic development and urbanized mostly strength. The economy globalization brings us a tide that the margin of city and region go towards blur. So how to compose a new style relation into city and region has already become a globalize scholarship subject.
