The Research Of Industrial Structure In Northeast China Region

Northeast old industrial base in China occupies an important position in national economic development,the revitalization of northeast old industrial base is a very important economic development strategyfor the implementation of our country at the turn of the century.Since entering the 21 st century,economic development in northeast China has made significant achievements,but in the "twelfth five-year" period under the background of the national economy into the new normal,northeast China economy has emerged the phenomenon of growth is slowing.The "twelfth five-year" period in northeast China GDP growth rate continued to fall,in 2015 the rate was the lowest since the reform and opening-up policy,only 1.1%.In the future,the GDP growth trend is still has great uncertainty,the growth of the continuous attenuation dynamic warning northeast economic reform is imperative.The unreasonable industrial structure is the important reason for the northeast region’s economic growth?s slowing,Northeast old industrial base of the pattern of economic development and economic structure already can not meet the requirement of the new economy.Industrial structure and its change on the role of economic growth is very clear,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important variable,future economic development direction extent,depends on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.It has been gotten the attention of scholars both at home and abroad over the years.When the industry structure can not follow the normal economic development in time,we must promote the industrial structure to realize the orderly spiral,make it adapt to the development of economy.The research or industrial structure in northeast China and the explore of the existing problems in the development has an important practical significance for promoting the rapid coordinated development.This paper combine with related theory and takes China statistical yearbook,Jilin province,Liaoning province,and Heilongjiang province?s statistical bulletin data in past years as the main basis,takes the three industrial structure as the main research object,mainly takes the chart analysis method and comparison method to analyze the present situation of the three industrial structure in northeast China,Especially analyzing the industrial structure in the "twelfth five-year" period,and and points out the problem in the development process of industrial structure in northeast China.This first chapter introduces the selected topic background,the selected topic significance and reviews the theoretical points at home and abroad in three branches :Industrial structure factors research,the study of the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth,industrial structure in northeast China.Finally introduced the research methods and framework of the article,and points out the shortcomings in the course of study;The second chapter introduces related theories of industrial structure,including the meaning of the industrial structure and the meaning of the definition,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and judgment standard,the analysis of the theory of industrial structure and growth;The third chapter introduces the historical process of industrial structure in the northeast,by comparative analysis between the developed areas in China,chart analysis forr the three big industry in the northeast,points out the current existing problems in the development process of industrial structure in northeast China,including a lack of innovation,market and government mechanism is not perfect,other problems such as shortage of funds and resources and environment pressure.TheForth chapter put forward the reasonable suggestions on how to adjust the industrial structure in northeast China,such as reform of agricultural supply side,reform of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises and so on.Developing the "Internet + industry" model to promte industrial structure optimization,making full use of market and government mechanism,using the experience of developed areas,establishing industrial division system and choosing the reasonable leading industry.
