Research On The Space-time Evolution And Determinates Of Income In Rural Residents Of Northeast Region

Farmers’ income of different areas is the most intuitive for research on agriculture. Wecan comprehend the spatial pattern evolution and summarize the influence factors of thedifferences by analyzing the data. This article takes each county of Northeast areas as a unit,reveals the space-time evolution of rural residents’ income in the northeast district andanalyzes the reasons for the formation of differences.The data is from1995to2009of the northeast area county, analyze the time evolutioncharacteristics by using traditional statistical method, that is standard deviation and variationindex, based on ArcGIS and GeoDA software, study the spatial pattern evolutioncharacteristics, and analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures, and draw theconclusion.Studies show that farmers’ income in northeast area has obvious stage characteristics. Onthe whole, the relative difference of farmers’ income is stable, while the absolute differenceexperiences a process of ups and downs, declines year by year. From the point of spacedistribution, the high value area is mainly concentrated in the hulunbuir, Xilingol league areaand Southeast Liaoning province etc. The distribution of low value mainly concentrates inthe junction of four provinces. In addition, the LH area is mostly close to the region of highvalue, HL area has a separate distribution instead. From the point of spatial pattern, thehulunbuir, Xilingol league area and most of Liaoning province has been the high valuedistribution area of farmers’ income, including PanShanXian, Haicheng county and so on. By2009, the high value area had a further expansion into most of Jilin province and Heilongjiangprovince. But the low value area concentrated from the original scattered distribution to thejunction of four provinces. That shows the farmers’ income of western and eastern area ishigher, and the central regions’ is relatively low.The causes of the northeast farmers’ income differences mainly include natural disasters,geographical location, traffic conditions, the urbanization process, natural reserves; inaddition, regional policy also affects the income level of farmers. Therefore we should speedup the adjustment of industrial structure, increase financial support, improve the standard ofpeasants’ science and technology to promote the farmers’ income.
