The Study Of The Evaluations And Solutions For The Development Situations Of Modern Service Industry In JiLin Province Rural Areas

In the new stage of completely constructing middle-class society, accelerating socialist modernization, as the developments of both rural economy and society, the specialization, socialization, industrialization of agricultural production improve gradually, social division becomes more specific, which in turn brings about the increasing demand for service industry in rural areas. Nowadays, service industry production has exceeds 60% of the world GDP; trade on service industry accounts for 1/4 of the total world trade; service consumption accounts for about a half of all the consumption. Under this background, service industry—especially modern service industry has become an important sing for the degree of modernization and civilization progress, its also an important impulse for economic growth. The development of modern rural service industry in JiLin Province has lagged behind the whole level of economic development due to the restrictions of principles and rules. The backward rural service industry not only obstructs the immigration of labors from rural areas, but also restricts the development of rural economy, moreover, greatly affects the promotion of modern service industry of the whole JiLin Province, as an industrial province, has to strongly push forward the development of rural service industry to realize great development.The article combines the methods of norm analysis, example analysis and comparative analysis on the basis of collecting materials, applying theories into practice. Norm analysis focuses on analyzing problems and looking for solutions; example analysis makes quantitative analysis and reasonable judge based on relevant statistics so as to expose the gap among the development of different modern service industries and deep—rooted questions and reasons in its development. Making comparative between domestic and foreign rural service industry development, can we obtain valuable experience, put forward some available suggestions and policies on the development of modern service industry in rural areas from different sides.The article aims at demonstrating the necessity of speeding up the pace of modern rural service industry in JiLin Province, throughout the analysis on the concept of rural modern service industry as well as the contribution made by economic growth, full understanding about the background, the trend of social development, etc. This article is composed of 7 chapters, respectively gives introductions to the present situation and meanings of both domestic and foreign researches, fundamental concepts as well as some theoretical experience, stating the evaluation for the development of modern service industry in JiLin rural areas and problem existing in it; analysis the factors that hinder the development of modern service industry in rural areas, proposing the solutions and polices for establishing and perfecting the system of JiLin modern service industry.
