Analysis On Development Strategy Of Beijing FT Property Management Co.

With the rapid development of housing reform, property management in China, which originated from early 1980s, has been popularized and vitalized greatly through over 20 years' reference and exploration. Meanwhile, serious problems triggered by property management restrict the further development of the whole industry.Starting from the current development requirements in domestic property management, the thesis has made SWOT and SPACE matrix analysis on Beijing FT Property Management Co. with theories concerning property management and those of MBA-related subjects based on the background study of the industry, and concluded the development strategy and its key steps of implementation and control of Beijing FT Co.Five respects are involved in this thesis, including analysis and hypothesis of the environment of the industry, analysis on the market capacity and demands of the Beijing property management, diagnosis and analysis on Beijing FT Co., development-based company strategy model and the focus for development strategy implementation and its control.
