Study Of Guigang Telecom's Information-based Network Construction

This thesis tries to analysis the advantage of Guigang Telecom Corporation in the information-based construction of village, and the difficulty to face, then to find the direction and strategy Guigang Telecom. Now, the governmental leads is very value to the agriculture problems, and goverment is building more and more new village of the socialism. The demand of information of people in village is more and more stronger. How to hold the current situation and push forward an information-based network development of village, and then find out one new earnings mode? this is an important mission of Guigang Telecom Corporation. This thesis beginning from discussing social environment and the competition environment of the information-based construction in village of GUIGANG. Then by using SWOT method, It analyze the telecommunication network of CHINA TELECOM,CHINA MOBILE,CHINA UNICOM,CHINA NETCOM,China Railcom etc. We getting a conclusion that Guigang Telecom should carry on the construction of the village information-based network, putting forward a project to constuct the information-based network in GUIGANG's village. It is: 1, We should develop the information service which based on the speech correspondence strongly; 2, We should Make use of an existing network to provide high speed Internet accessing service; 3, We should make use of existing business service center of Guigang Telecom in village to construct the village information service center; 4, We should further perfect the resources of Internet, and then add more on-line used in Internet; 5, We should seek the government support to push forward the telematics education network for communist and goverment's staff in village; 6, We should unite in many ways to lower the investment risk; 7,We should strengthen training to raise the character of employee in marketing and support post. By the result of the inquisition and research, we hope that we can perfect gradually the telecommunication network of Guigang Telecom, and promote the transformation progress of the company, and increase business income.
