The Research On The Construction Of Information Network Project In J Bank In Heilongjiang Province

The 21 st century is an era of information.The informatization renders convenience to people's daily life and work.At the same time,its influence is multifaceted,both in cultural causes such as education,sports,and arts as well as the engineering development such as industrial engineering,electric engineering,financial management and logistics management.There is a close link between the prospective development of human being and the informatization which has been an indispensable tool in people's daily life and work.In such social context,there is a pursuit of merging with information in every walk of life.Banks as financial transaction-based institutions have been places giving convenience to people to deposit and withdraw their money.With the rising of people's living standard,the working range of banks has been increased from the previously several categories to dozens of categories today,which gives much working pressure to the staffs in the bank.The process of informatization can rightly solve this problem for them.With the construction of an integrated information network,a closer connection among the banks around the country can be built and a goal of on-line transfer,deposit and withdrawal can be achieved as well,which will give a great convenience to both the bank staffs and customers.From the above,the construction of network in banks will be a task of historic importance.However,network construction is not an overnight achievement,which needs a great investment in human and material resources.Furthermore,the out-dated existing way of information exchange of the domestic banks in China,which is in the form of transmission network that connect the branches through the connection of each branch to the local data center,can no longer meet the need of ever-increasing data transmission and business development.Meanwhile,the breakdown of the network and its maintenance,which is greatly influenced by the broadband and framework of the network,asks for a wide-range of re-designing and re-construction projects in banks.Faced with such a complicated and immense project,a more scientific management approach must been applied.Project management is a relativelyscientific management method with the purpose of ensuring the coordination of the various projects in the process,so it is an urgent demand for the application of project management in the management of network construction of banks.Based on the aim of the construction of information network of J Bank,this paper analyzes the specific problems in the process of project network construction and how to solve them and proposes a better scheme through project management.Taking this branch as an example,it is also elaborated in the paper the way to conduct various tasks through project management and incorporates risk assessments into the specific cases,which can provide greater choice and more valuable reference for the informatizaion development of the whole project.
