The tax organization as a government's important economical functionaldepartment, it plays important function for economic and society development of ourcountry. Since the reform and open, tax revenue enterprise has taken the considerableprogress, comparing with the request of modem tax affair, tax revenue work is stillfacing many aspect questions in our country, the core of these questions is how toimprove the performance of tax organization, but its premise is to set up a suit ofsuitable performance evaluation index system of our country tax organization.Through the research on performance connotation of the domestic and foreigngovernment,the development course of performance evaluation,the main indexs,theperformance evaluation modes and contents of some tax organizations of the domesticand foreign governments, on the base of analyzing the function of tax organization,the organization mission, the organization structure and the course of formingorganization value,according to performance evaluation index system of governmentwhich promoted by China Administration Academic Association and National HumanResources Department,the function of tax organization and the analytic hierarchytheory,designed a set of the performance evaluation index system of tax organization,and carried on the confirmation.Through research on the correlated aspects in the article, performance evaluationindex system of tax organization which designed in this article bears the goodsystematic characteristic, the integrity, the usability, and provided thought and methodfor advancing modernization of tax of our country.
