Study On Jiangxi Agriculture Modernization Development Approach

For a developing country where peasants account for half of its population, thewhole national economic modernization of china essentially depend on the degree ofagricultural modernization. China's agriculture modernization has undergone thesuccessive development and has entered a new development period. In order toself-develop and implement the centre policy, every part of china has taken action andvarious policies and measures have come into existence. A nationwide climax ofprocessing agriculture modernization has sprung up. On occassion of importantstrategic decision, in the face of new situation and given the historic experience andlessons of china's agriculture modernization construction, how to choose the strategicmeans for the agriculture modernization of Jiangxi province aimed at sustainable andhealthy development of modernization is our urgent realistic subject.This thesis consists of five sections. In the first section, the background andsignificance, the basic route and structure and research method of the thesis areintroduced. In the second section, the present theories about agriculturemodernization in the academic field are reviewed. In the third section, agriculturemodernization model for evaluation is made to measure the agriculture modernizationdevelopment level of Jiangxi. In order to be comparative, the model mainly drawupon the model in the book Agriculture Modernization Evaluation that is written byYangwanjiang and Xuxiniming. On the bases of the former analysis, some factorsthat are relevant to the level of Jiangxi agriculture modernization are being analyzed,and finally know the main factors that set limit to the agriculture modernizationdevelopment of Jiangxi. In the forth section, some experiences and lessons in theagriculture modernization process in the developed countries are introduced so as toprovide reference for the choice of the route in Jiangxi. In the last section, theapproach choice of Jiangxi agriculture modernization is pointed out from two aspects.
