The corporation is pursuing higher performance for the maximum profit. Therefore the employees of the corporation are demanded to possess higher performance which is guarantied by their job satisfaction. Increasing the employees'job satisfaction can bring the corporation some active effect, so people pay more and more attention to it nowadays. Aiming at how to improve work performance, this research will investigate the relationships of job satisfaction, satisfaction fountainhead and work performance, then find out the way to increase work performance and job satisfaction. This is the main idea and logic of the research.Based on the review of literatures, as the basic of the whole researches,I first reviewed and summed up former researches. Combining with the one geology and mining Uygur's enterprisement of Xinjiang, a research frame including, job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment and work performance was constructed. In the data analysis, the relationship between satisfaction job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment and work performance was discussed through Factor Analysis,Reliability Analysis, Bivariate Correlations Analysis, Linear Regression Analysis and so on.Through the research, we come to several conclusions as follows:1) The different staff individual attribute to job satisfaction, job investment, organization commitment and work achievements to have the different influence;2) Job satisfaction, job investment, organization commitment between the achievements exist massively remarkable connection. Between job investment and the duty achievements, the peripheral achievements are remarkable connected; Between job satisfaction and job investment are remarkable connected; job satisfaction and the emotion commitment, continues commitment, the standard commitment exist remarkable connection, job satisfaction has more significant influence on the standard commitment; Between the job investment and the duty achievements, the peripheral achievements exist remarkable connection, job investment more influence to the peripheral achievements; The job satisfaction and the relevance of peripheral achievements must be higher than with the relevance of duty achievements; Emotion commitment to peripheral achievements influence significantly, continue commitment relative is weaker to the peripheral achievements influence.3) The job satisfaction invests the intermediary function through job investment and organization commitment has the frontage influence to work achievements, and then has the high achievements.4) The factors of the work achievements affected are complex, isn't decided certainly by no means to introduce two intermediary variables of job investment and organization commitment. Knowing this regarding between the enterprise understanding correctly and reasonably on the relations of job satisfaction and the work achievements, and using the staff actual characteristic in the work achievements, all has the certain evidence and the practical significance.
